5. Pricing

Prices shown on this site are in US dollars and are provided for information only. The price displayed at checkout on the official ordering page is the price that applies. Promotional pricing is time-limited and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Applicable taxes, duties and shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are additional unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is arranged and fulfilled by the merchant. In general:

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment clearing.
• Domestic US delivery generally takes 5–7 business days after dispatch; international delivery typically takes 10–15 business days.
• Free US shipping applies to qualifying multi-bottle packages as stated on the ordering page.
• International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes or handling fees payable by the recipient. These are not included in the purchase price and are not refundable by the merchant.
• Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing and public holidays.

Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support promptly so a claim can be raised.

7. 60-day money-back guarantee

Qualifying orders are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. In summary:

1. The 60-day period runs from the original purchase date, not the delivery date.
2. Contact support within that window to open a request and receive return instructions, including the correct return address.
3. Return the bottles — including opened and empty bottles — to the address provided. Returns sent without prior authorisation to an address other than the one supplied may not be processed.
4. Once the return is received, the refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 48 hours of receipt and appearing on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Refunds are issued less original shipping and handling. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

Digital bonus materials, once delivered, are not returnable, and their value is not deducted from a refund.

To start a request, email support@dentabieome.com with your order number and the email address used at purchase, or use the contact form. Keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including cancellation rights under UK and EU consumer law where applicable.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact support first. Raising a chargeback before contacting us is usually slower than a direct refund, and it prevents us from resolving the issue promptly. Chargebacks raised in bad faith may result in a refusal of future orders.

9. Health and safety

DentaBiome is a dietary supplement intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for brushing, flossing, or professional dental care.
